Seat

420mm deep overall. 90mm deep CMHR50 foam interior supported on 12mm plywood base. Face covered selected material. Underside is 12mm birch faced plywood fitted to cover seat brackets, upholstered as face or finished to colour of choice. Counterweight for “auto-tip”.

Back

50mm CMHR35 foam interior supported on 12mm plywood base. Back to meet underside of the ledge above. Centre of the back has a “pull through” to create a feature line. Back is shaped using “wedge” foam to offer additional lumbar support. Face covered in selected material. Outside back finished 3mm plywood panel upholstered as face or painted colour of choice.

Stanchions

Constructed from hollow section steel and plate with Pivot action complete with nylon bush and silencer buffer seat brackets to BS5216 ND/3. All steelwork is finishedin oven baked epoxy power coating to RAL 7016 anthracite grey

Ledge

290mm deep, manufactured from 18mm MDF board with Egger “Zoom” Range of plastic laminate with matching edges
