50mm CMHR35 foam interior supported on 12mm plywood base. Back to meet underside of the ledge above. Face Covered selected material. Outside back finished 3mm plywood panel painted colour of choice.

Stanchions
Constructed from 50mm x 25mm rectangular hollow section, flat plate and steel bar. Pivot action complete with nylon bush and silencer buffer. Finished oven baked epoxy polyester paint to colour of choice. Riser fixed the footplate has fixing screws that are countersunk and coloured to choice.

Ledge
290mm deep, manufactured from 18mm MDF board veneered hardwood to choice with machined edges and lacquered finish or Formica “fundamentals” range of plastic laminate with machined and lacquered edges.

Modesty panels
400mm deep, manufactured from 18mm MDF board veneered hardwood to choice with machined edges and lacquered finish or Formica “fundamentals” range of plastic laminate with machined and lacquered edges.
