Seat

440mm deep front to back, (Centres to suit from minimum 450mm) upholstered 63mm 50kg CMHR foam cushion supported on a high density birch plywood base, underside finished with a 6mm capping which is secured to the base with secret fixings to conceal the seat brackets.

Back

505mm top to bottom, upholstered anatomically contoured 35kg CMHR foam cushion maximum tapered from 30mm to 50mm supported on high density birch plywood base, bottom 200mm is 6lb reconstituted foam to act as a lumbar support with 6mm capping. Outside back finished with 6mm capping upholstered to suit and fitted to main body of back with secret fixings.

Standards

Constructed from 60 x 40 RHS in beam format with 40 x 40 RHS legs and flat bar foot plates. Backs are secured on steel “L” bracket from 8mm flat bar that is securely bolted to the beam top. Swivel bracket for seat bottoms cantilevered from beam sides, they are anti finger trap pivot allowing “auto-tip” function. All steelwork is finished in oven baked epoxy power coating to RAL 7016 anthracite grey

Arms (Optional)

250mm in Length with profiled side panels in 12mm plywood with plywood rib to form rigid construction. Top and sides covered with CMHR foam and the complete arm covered in selected material.

Covering material to be selected from Bradbury Contract Fabrics Flamblend or Checkers ranges of FR Tweed

Numerals

Numerals are screwed to the underside of the seat bottom and have a white background with black type face. Nominally 40mm x 16mm

Row Letters

Letters are screwed to outside face of end panels and have black background with white type face. Nominally 70mm in Diameter
