450mm deep front to back, upholstered 60mm 60kg CMHR foam cushion supported on 12mm thick high density birch plywood base curved back to front for comfort. Face covered in selected material, underside is 3mm plywood and 8mm foam capping finished in matching material

Back

400mm top to bottom, upholstered anatomically contoured 45kg CMHR foam cushion supported on a 6mm thick high density birch plywood base curved side to side. Outside back 12mm birch plywood finished with 10mm capping. Face covered in selected material, outside finished matching material

Standards

Constructed from hollow section steel and plate and complete with sprung “auto-tip” seat brackets to BS5216 ND/3. All steelwork is finished in oven baked epoxy power coating to RAL 7016 anthracite grey

Arms (Optional)

230mm in length with profiled side panels in 12mm plywood with plywood rib to form rigid construction. Top and sides covered with CMHR foam and the complete arm covered in selected material.

Covering material to be selected from Bradbury Contract Fabrics Flamblend or Checkers ranges of FR Tweed

Numerals

Numerals are screwed to the underside of the seat bottom and have a white background with black type face. Nominally 40mm x 16mm

Row Letters

Letters are screwed to outside face of end panels and have black background with white type face. Nominally 70mm in diameter
