Who are Auditoria Services Ltd.?

Welcome to Auditoria Services Ltd. We are one of the UK’s market leaders in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of retractable and bleacher seating, lecture theatre seating, cinema, theatre seating and primary and secondary steel tiering structures, installed in theatres, cinemas, lecture theatres, sports halls and arenas all over the world.

We were founded in 1977 by John Alfred Penistone who by chance became the owner of a seating company and took a leap from his electrical and mechanical engineering background to manufacturing chairs. We are now second generation owned and run and although we outgrew our original premises a long time ago, we are still based in Rotherham. Whilst we manufacture a little differently now, we still commit to the same core values, investing in our workforce, producing everything in house, sourcing materials locally and placing importance on quality and customer satisfaction.
