RS-6 Retractable Seating
Our RS-6’s are installed as a fully upholstered retractable seating option supported with a contoured back and a deep anatomically contoured seat for added comfort. Available in a fold down, tread and riser fixed formats, with or without arms.

Seat
450mm front to back, upholstered foam cushion, supported on a thick high-density plywood base curved back to front for comfort and covered in selected material. Underside is plywood and foam capping finished in matching material.
Back
470mm top to bottom, upholstered and anatomically contoured foam cushion, supported on a thick high-density plywood base curved side to side. Outside back finished with capping foam and covered in selected material.
Stanchions
The welded assembly is constructed from steel tubes, flat plates, and steel bars, with all parts precision laser cut for accuracy and quality. The seating consists of an automatic ‘silent tip’ seat pivot fully enclosed in a metal housing to prevent finger or clothing entrapment and operates through a counterweight tipping action with all rotating parts having hard-wearing nylon bushes for longevity and durability. The finish for all Steelwork is powder coated to RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey or RAL 9005 Jet Black as standard.
Arms (optional)
250mm in length with profiled side panels in plywood. Top and sides covered with foam and selected material.
