2D and 3D concept Design:
Our team of highly qualified designers have years of experience with both traditional and modern design techniques, allowing us to offer precision 2D and 3D concept designs and ensuring complete customer confidence before the metalwork manufacturing process begins. We can work with existing CAD drawings or a simple sketch to turn ideas into reality.
Precision Trumpf Laser Cutting and Bending:
Trumpf Precision Sheet Metal Cutting:
Our Flat bed 3kw fibre laser can cut mild steel up to 20mm, stainless steel up to 15mm, aluminium up to 15mm and copper and brass up to 6mm with a maximum sheet capacity of 4m x 2m.
The cutting method allows oxide free edges to be produced on all materials and is ideal for prototyping, small batches or large volume runs.
Trumpf Precision Tube Metal Cutting:
Our 4kw tube laser can cut mild steel up to 10mm, stainless steel up to 6mm, aluminium up to 6mm and copper and brass up to 4mm with a maximum output length of 4.5m.
Round tube can be cut up to 152mm in diameter and rectangular profile up to a maximum of 152mm x 152mm. The cutting method allows oxide free edges to be produced on all materials and opens up a world of possibilities for new metalwork manufacturing and fabrication methods.
Trumpf Metal Bending Technologies:
We have 1.53m and 4m bending capacities that cover most metals. Please ask for more details.
